Tamper proof Insulation Displacement (IDC) Connectors for wire are the latest addition to Keystone Electronics full line of interconnects components and electronic hardware.

These new devices for splicing wires provide a quick and reliable method for wire connections without the need to strip wires, use wire nuts or electrical tape. The I-Clamp Wire Splices pierce the wire insulation and make a secure wire splice in one easy step.

Designed for use with 10-22 AWG insulated wires, the I-Clamp is available in 3 styles to accommodate all common wire connectivity configurations. The T-Series wire splices are used when you want to branch off a common wire run allowing the wire run to be tapped without cutting or stripping wire insulation.

The Two Way Series connectors have a unique dual channel which allows pre-assembly onto a component or fixture. Once installed, the wiring can be completed by simply attaching the other channel of the clamp to the existing wiring.

Choose the One Way Series for splicing several lines together. Use of this device is more secure than traditional methods of twisting wires together and holding in place with an electrical nut and tape.

Designed to withstand shock and vibration, these connectors have a copper contact housed inside a durable translucent polycarbonate which aids in the visual inspection of the connections. Voltage rating is up to 250 VAC.

The company manufactures a broad selection of connectivity devices as part of its large family of interconnect components and hardware. Keystone also provides custom stamping, machining and assembly services as well as application engineering services for special design and product modification requirements.
