SMT & THM UL Recognized Male PCB Quick Fit Terminals.

Innovative Male PCB Quick Fit terminals designed by Keystone Electronics to hold up under repeated mating cycles are manufactured from Brass and supplied with a Tin Plate.

Available in SMT as well as horizontal and vertical THM configurations. The space saving design makes them ideal for use in dense PCB boards and offer easy access for connecting and disconnecting Quick-Fit female terminals.

Sturdi-Mount style is designed with “fingers” to provide increased PCB mounting strength and stability by maintaining the terminal’s perpendicularity to PCB during and permanently after wave soldering.
These Male Quick Fit are available with 2.8mm, 4.8mm, 5.2mm & 6.4mm tab size in.

They are in compliance with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) component program, UL file number E201546. They meet the dimensional and functional requirements of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association specification number NEMA2-1982-(1988) and UL310.

Keystone Europe MEA+India - SMT Metric Threaded Standoffs

SMT Metric Threaded Standoffs.

Keystone Electronics has introduced a new series of metric threaded standoffs specifically designed and packaged for use on PC Boards in the same manner as other SMT components.

Manufactured from steel with a tin plate, these standoffs can be added to the board using the same SMT equipment used to populate the board, reducing scrap and handling time while minimizing damage to a PCB that may occur while using traditional mounting products ensuring easy reflow soldering for reliable solder joints.

Metric threaded SMT standoffs are available in M3 threads in lengths from 02.00mm  to  10.00mm and are supplied on tape and reel with Kapton tape on top surface for easy pickup.  They are ideal for use with most vacuum and mechanical pick-and-place assembly systems.

Keystone Europe MEA+India - SMT Coin Cell Enclosure Contacts

SMT Coin Cell Contacts for Battery Enclosures.

Keystone Electronics has introduced its latest line of SMT enclosure coin cell contacts. These new contacts provide a cost effective,  dependable connection for coin cell batteries in self contained battery compartments.

These contacts require minimal board space and allow easy access for installation and removal of a coin cell battery within a battery enclosure. Ultra low profile and compact design make it ideal for small hand held controls, key fobs, personal medical devices, digital timers, and many industrial and consumer applications.

These new entries are manufactured from gold plated phosphor bronze, offering low contact resistance and assuring easy reflow soldering for a reliable solder joint. The spring tension of the contacts will adjust to all variations in battery heights for dependable connectivity. Contacts can accommodate coin cell batteries with diameters from 16mm and larger.

The Positive contact p/n 110 and the Negative contact p/n 112 are available in bulk or on tape & reel (p/n 110TR & p/n 112TR) for use with most vacuum and mechanical pick-and-place assembly systems.

The company’s full line of battery hardware also consists of SMT and THM products including contacts, clips, holders, retainers and straps in assorted materials for coin cells and batteries.
