Keystone Electronics introduces new packaging for its female quick-fit PCB terminals designed to improve efficiency in high-volume assembly environments.

These UL Recognized (E354010) female terminals are supplied on continuous reels (strip format) with vertical insertion, making them fully compatible with standard automated insertion equipment, helping to reduce assembly time and streamline processing.

Manufactured from brass with tin plating, these terminals ensure reliable performance, easy installation and efficient soldering to printed circuit boards. With a current rating of 30 Amps, they are well-suited for demanding applications.

Packaged on reels of 5 000 pieces for convenient drop-in replacement of existing bulk or reeled products, they offer a seamless upgrade path for existing applications.

Suitable for use with .205” wide male tabs, as well as ATO, ATC  and APR style automotive blade fuses.

Keystone Electronics expands its popular plastic battery holder lineup with a new through-hole mount (THM) holder for high-energy 10450 Lithium-Ion cells and non-standard AAA batteries.

This durable holder is molded from polypropylene & designed without polarity tabs, which can limit proper connectivity in 10450 cells. Nickel-plated steel spring contacts provide low contact resistance and reliable solder joints, even for lead-free or reflow soldering processes.

P/N 2468NP fits high-energy 10450 Lithium-Ion cells and a wide range of AAA cylindrical batteries with short positive terminals from major manufacturers.

Innovative Male PCB Quick Fit terminals designed by Keystone Electronics to hold up under repeated mating cycles are manufactured from Brass and supplied with a Tin Plate.

Available in SMT as well as horizontal and vertical THM configurations. The space saving design makes them ideal for use in dense PCB boards and offer easy access for connecting and disconnecting Quick-Fit female terminals.

Sturdi-Mount style is designed with “fingers” to provide increased PCB mounting strength and stability by maintaining the terminal’s perpendicularity to PCB during and permanently after wave soldering.
These Male Quick Fit are available with 2.8mm, 4.8mm, 5.2mm & 6.4mm tab size in.

They are in compliance with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) component program, UL file number E201546. They meet the dimensional and functional requirements of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association specification number NEMA2-1982-(1988) and UL310.
