Keystone Electronics offers a variety of solderless terminals in an array of types, sizes and materials to accommodate a broad range of applications.

These solderless terminals are ideal for rapid wire termination without sacrificing versatility in a design.
Manufactured from Tinned Brass or Copper to accommodate 22 AWG to 10 AWG wires, there is a Keystone Electronics solderless quick fit terminal for every application.

Cost effective, quick-fit female and male tab terminals are available in insulated and non-insulated styles to accept mating terminals or receptacles on boards, terminal blocks or Keystone Electronics battery holders.

Forked tongue style terminals are ideal for use on free-standing studs or terminals blocks as they lie flat against the barrier portion of the terminal block minimizing space.

Ring style terminals provide connectivity security as they can only be installed and removed from a device by removing the mounting screw they are attached to. Ideal for use with Keystone’s Screw Terminals.

The addition of Kapton tape across the top surface of Keystone Electronics SMT fuse clips provide a more secure part for vacuum pick-and-place assembly systems.

By applying Kapton tape across the top surface of the fuse clip, you create a flat and uniform surface that enhances the grip and stability of the clip during the pick-and-place process. The tape helps to prevent any potential slippage or misalignment that could occur when the vacuum nozzle picks up the fuse clip.

Kapton tape is currently being offered on Keystone’s 2AG, 5mm, mini auto blades and low profile / standard auto blade SMT Fuse Clips.

SMT & THM Maxi “Auto” Blade Fuse Holders.

Keystone Electronics full line of fuse clips and holders now includes low insertion force, reliable and compact automotive blade fuse holders for Maxi style Automotive Blade fuses.

These new holders are available in Surface Mount (p/n 3582) and Thru-Hole (p/n 3581) configurations to accommodate MAXI 299, MAX, APX or equivalent fuses in a variety of design applications.

Manufactured to assure secure positioning during soldering, these holders also features fully insulated clips to protect fuses and reduce assembly time. Insulators are made of PA9T Black Nylon with Tin-Nickel Plated Copper contacts to withstand shock and vibration.

Voltage rating is 500 VAC and 40 Amps current.

These new contacts are designed to slide-into molded cases with wire leads or mounted directly onto a PCB as a SMT Contact.

Engineered with a contact design that adjusts to variations in battery length, these contacts assure low contact resistance and dependable connectivity.
Manufactured from .30mm thick, Spring Steel and supplied with Nickel Plating for superior performance in today’s high tech devices.
Contacts are designed to accommodate A, AA & CR2 cylindrical batteries.

Multi-Use, Snap-On Connector Straps.

Keystone Electronics introduce a new male and female 9 Volt snap-on connector straps.
They can be used as traditional male and female connections for 9 Volt battery design applications.
In addition to 9 Volt battery use, these contact straps can be used for snap on / snap off connectivity applications in equipment, devices and automotive environments.

These connectors allow for easy and secure connectivity of devices; supplied with an insulated vinyl covered base to reduce short circuit and contact tampering potential. The male stud connector, p/n 268 or the female socket connector, p/n 260 both feature Brass, Nickel Plated contacts for a reliable, low contact resistance battery connection. Rated for up to 2 amp, 120 VAC.
 
Connectors are each supplied with a 152.30mm long #26 AWG wire, 1007 UL/CSA approved. Wire ends are stripped and tinned for simplified installation.

Keystone Electronics has expanded its assortment of PC mount screw terminals to include new Slim-Line screw terminals in a vertical mounting configuration.

Rated for 15 Amps, these new devices are ideally suited for high density packaging on a PCB design requiring a minimal footprint wire-to-board connection. They feature a no-rock design with an exclusive anti-rotation feature. This design supports the terminal during installation on the board and when attaching #14-22 AWG wires, spades or ring terminals.

Combined with space-saving, cost effective attributes, the units are offered in 45º, 60º  and 90º orientation to the board enabling design versatility. Manufactured from brass with a matte-tin plate finish, these terminals are available with a 6-32 binding head machine screw installed and captivated on the terminals, as an unassembled terminal and screw kit or as the terminal only without any screw.

Screws are also available with color coded heads in red, black, white, blue, green, yellow and clear for enhanced assembly identification and troubleshooting purposes.
